My brother and his family went to eat at a Chinese restaurant. They sold unfinished fans. They bought me two. I painted this one white then dry brushed it with pink. I added some vintage laces, ribbons and pearls. I also added K and Company butterfly and swirly thingy. I added lots of gorgeous flowers and some homemade stick pins. I love the vintage look of this. This is a gift for my sister in laws mom for Christmas.
