Nautical Bookmarks

Challenges:
Penny's Paper-Crafty-anything goes
Simon Monday Challenge-nautical
Kaboodle Doodles-earth tones or colors

Simon Says was having a nautical challenge. I didnt think I would be joining in because I didnt think I had anything that would fit in. Then I found these lighthouses and anchor in my stash. I didnt even remember I had these wooden pieces. So I decided to make some bookmarks. This paper went so well with the theme, and I loved the journey stamp set from Tim Holtz for this. Hubby was thrilled with these stole the anchor one, I had to make him bring it back long enough to photograph it lol.

WOW!! These are absolutely incredible! As an appreciator of the arts and of books (I'm an eternal librarian and majored in English), I was stunned by these clever bookmarks! I really love how you created the "tails" and the images for the bookmarks themselves are all so unique and beautiful in their own way. This is a brilliant use of your wooden pieces. Thank you so much for sharing this inspiring project with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
