I love love love watching tutorials on youtube, link above. You can always get new ideas there. So I see this tutorial, she used a heart frame she cut out, I actually did that first, but my heart sucked lol, so I just used a glittery chipboard frame I had. As you can see below this top part is popped up, the ribbons are on the under part. The video explains this really well. I added a be happy sentiment from Studio G, and a cute little bee from K and Company.
