My very favorite painting in the world is Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh. So when I saw this challenge from Twisted Tuesday to make clouds but couldn't stamp them, it inspired me to make this tag. First I cut out some cloud-like shapes. I taped them to the tag, then sponged different blue distress inks all over the tag. I removed the clouds and used diamond stickles on the cloud shapes. I then stamped some bird images and sentiments from Inkadinkadoo. I took my white gel pen and made swirly shapes from the clouds to simulate wind I guess, that's the way I always interpreted Starry Night. I used some black crinkly ribbon also.
