Owl Tag

Challenge:
going dotty-Pixie Dust

I used distress inks on the background of this tag, then stamped these circle dots from Club Scrap. I added embellishments from K and Company. The flower is from Belle Fleur. The wrinkled ribbon is from Dear Lizzy.
