This little pirate and his buddy are from Whoopsi Daisy. Hopefully you got it when it was a freebie, I think its gone now. Very simple for this one, I added some buttons and a best buds sticker and that was it.

    Oh this is just darling! I watched Ponyo with my nephew the other day and this has the same exquisitely sweet feel :)
